As everyone is aware, the Coronavirus has continued to spread throughout the country. It is important for us to let you know about the steps we have recently taken at our spa to reduce the potential risk to each of our guests and team members.

Our spa maintains the highest levels of sanitation at all times, but even so we have enhanced our sanitation protocols in our treatment rooms and common areas.

We have made adjustments to our guest experience, including temporarily discontinuing the use of eye pillows during service to reduce the risk of contamination. We have also removed the self-serve spa water and spa ciao. Again, we apologize for this temporary inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

We are encouraging guests who are feeling ill to stay home and reschedule your experience for a future date with no penalty. If a guest arrives to the spa displaying cold or flu-like symptoms we may find it necessary to ask the guest to reschedule their experience in order to protect other guests and our team members, and appreciate your understanding should this need arise.

If a guest has recently traveled outside the United States, we ask that the guest postpone any services until at least 2 weeks following their return as symptoms may take that long to surface.
