Job Description

We are looking for an administrative guru for a temporary part-time position. The ideal candidate would be technologically competent, comfortable speaking in front of other staff members, offer general office support, and creative in resolving business problems.

Job duties include:

Creation of print and digital ads
Monitoring and regular updates of social media platforms
Community outreach
Filing and scanning as necessary
Basic technical support (e-mail, google, and microsoft assistance)
Organization of team meetings and note taking
Coordination and operation of basic facility management including outside errands
Office duties as assigned by CEO

Part-time – Temporary (3 months)

Skills Required

Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Grammar and Spelling,
Conflict Resolution, Creation/Management of Marketing content, Administration for CEO and start ups

Qualifications:

Bachelor in Communications or Marketing preferred
Comparable work experience accepted, 5 years minimum

Website design
Basic Accounting

Compensation:

$12-$14
