Job Description

Practice Administrator: Very busy Podiatry practice is growing and expanding. In partnering with managing providers, we are looking for a Practice Manager/Office Manager.

This position would be responsible for overall planning, leading, directing day-to-day operations and managing of all staff with multiple locations; and include but not limited to the following:

Skilled and experienced in strategic planning to assist in setting and achieving long term goals. Reviews monthly financials for accuracy, proper account coding and trends/outliers. Understands/interprets business contracts including lease agreement language and its duties and impact on the practice. Knowledgeable with HIPAA, OSHA, and all regulatory agencies that govern health care delivery. Experience with MIPs implementation requirements and attestation. Understanding of revenue cycle management and experience with contract renegotiation. Effective in conflict resolution and team building. Experience with Physician credentialing, Physician licensing, Mal-practice coverage, X-ray and Laser compliance requirements, and DME licensing/compliance.
