Searching for an Account Executive to join the Portfolio Management team. An Account Executive is responsible for the relationship management and daily transactions per client.
Validate the purchase of receivables; complies with funding process
Issues funding transaction in a timely manner
Review, understand and match the backup support documentation per industry
Mitigate risk in all transaction procedures; especially purchases
Review and understand the concentration exposure per account
Review and assign line of credits per client’s customer based on search and historical trends
Match client’s revenue with purchase transactions to determine utilization
Communicate with client regarding their account performance
Communicate with client’s debtor by notifying them and understand their billing terms with client, etc.
Monitor a portfolio of 30-40 clients
Track and review the application of collections and monitor any credit memos, short pays to understand the account’s debtor performance.
Critical decision making; Review all provided client information and notes for proper follow up
Able to multitask, work under stress and ability to work independently and part of a Team
Other duties and projects assigned by Management
Familiarity with the following software, a plus:
o Factor SQL
o Dun & Bradstreet (Credit Risk management)

5+Years in previous lending, banking, accounting experience, or general business roles
Bachelor of Business or Undergraduate Degree
Knowledge of fundamental commercial lending processes
Strong auditing skills; Great attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft and computer skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Organized, balanced, focused
