Job Description

Responsible for accurate verification of insurance benefits upon receipt of surgical postings as well as referrals. Communicate with patients regarding benefits questions.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:Reports to the Business Office Manager

EDUCATION AND ABILITY:

High School or Equivalent

KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Detail oriented and organized.

Computer proficiency in MS office.
