Job Description

The BCBA Program Director is responsible for implementing and evaluating behavioral programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities by applying a family-centered approach and principles of applied behavioral analysis.

The Learning Lane is currently seeking a BCBA Program Director to join the team at their Northwest Houston campus. This is an excellent job opportunity to be a part of a growing and dynamic team of professionals, and with a leading ABA based educational services center for preschool aged children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Additionally, The Learning Lane offers a competitive pay and benefits package, which includes a major medical, dental & vision, and life insurance, along with paid time off benefits, discount childcare and clinical leadership.

We are a locally owned company with small caseloads with a collaborative clinical team. We offer continuing education and conference attendance opportunities, and we are very open to someone who is newly certified as a BCBA, and who desires to grow their skills with an experienced team of BCBAs. We share a building with a preschool so we offer opportunities to offer ABA services within inclusion environments.
