We are looking for experienced and seasoned Managers to join our team!
First and foremost, The Republic Grille (TRG) Manager must be a hands-on leader and inspire others to succeed each and every day. TRG Managers oversee all FOH and BOH tasks and are responsible for guest experiences, employee productivity, product quality, sanitation and assign duties to meet business needs. Our Managers work directly with the Owner and the TRG Executive team.
• Ensure a positive guest experience
• Daily communication & reporting
• Weekly inventory of FOH and BOH
• FOH and BOH staff scheduling
• Responsible for all aspects of kitchen production and training of kitchen staff
• Prep list and quality of execution to minimize waste
• Daily food orders
• Shift production lists
• FOH and BOH quality assurance and sanitation
• Storage and rotation of all product
• Assist menu planning for daily suggestions and production
• Monitor maintenance, cleaning and working condition of all kitchen equipment
• Enforce 'clean as you go' habit and behavior
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Manager in a full service, high volume restaurant
• Professional approach to business and life is a must!
• Conversational Spanish is a plus
