Due to our continued growth, Stanfield & Dupre, PLLC is seeking to hire a Litigation Attorney with 2-5 years of experience in managing a varied caseload and litigating civil cases in both State and Federal courts in Texas. As an Associate Attorney, you will handle all aspects of civil litigation spanning a broad range of legal issues including, but not limited to, commercial litigation, construction, premises liability and product liability.

Qualifications:
• Licensed to practice in Texas J.D. from accredited law school.
• Civil litigation experience (2-5 years preferred)


Job Responsibilities:
• Thorough case development and fact investigation
• Researching complex legal issues
• Formulating defense strategy
• Attending deposition, hearings, trials, etc.
• Drafting correspondence, pleadings, and written discovery
• Managing ongoing deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Maintaining a detailed record of billable hours

Competitive Salary

Licensed to practice in Texas J.D. from accredited law school.
