Job Description

Haynie & Company is seeking a full charge bookkeeper to handle accounting for multiple clients in varying industries. Applicant must be a self-starter and be able to work and make decisions independently.

The job requires the ability to independently interact with clients, take clients information and enter and/or adjust and reconcile the client's data, identify and make the appropriate journal entries and produce a finished product including at least a balance sheet and income statement for final review. This is not a 'data entry' only position and requires independent thought and decision making without constant supervision/guidance.

Skills Required

Full charge bookkeeper with significant experience in accounting, determining and making appropriate Adjusting and Reclassifying Journal Entries and identifying corrections required to the financial statements. Significant Quickbooks experience is required. Must be able to easily multitask between clients on an ongoing basis.
