Job Description

Hive Haus Realty Group is a growing real estate team focused on the North Houston area. We assist our clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of residential property and short-term rentals in addition to property management. Hive Haus Realty Group is looking for a Marketing intern to assist with crucial daily tasks that contribute to the lead generation of the group.

As a Marketing Intern, a typical day might include the following:
· Performing research on marketing strategies.
· Requesting interviews and advertisements
· Gathering content for monthly newsletters
· Data entry
· Scheduling meetings and appointments
· Creating and posting across various social media platforms

Responsibilities:
· Perform industry, market and competitor research
· Create and post across various social media platforms
· Record and update system and processes
· Perform various administrative tasks that include: data entry, document preparation using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
· Performs all other duties as assigned by management
