Deputies arrest suspect for child pornography
THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- On May 26, 2017, Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the Dollar Tree located at 501 Sawdust Rd, Spring, Texas. Upon the Deputies arrival they met with the victim who stated that a male in the store was using his cellular phone to video up her skirt as she was shopping. The victim also observed the male do this to another shopper in the store. Deputies approached the suspect who was shopping with his two minor children.
Deputies identified the suspect as Austin Flores DOB 10-5- 80. Mr. Flores denied the accusations and refused to allow Deputies to view his cellular phone. Mr. Flores's cellular phone was confiscated as evidence and an investigation was initiated.
Deputies obtained a search warrant for Mr. Flores's cellular phone. Found on the phone were numerous videos and images taken at various local stores of women being filmed without their knowledge. Also found on the phone were multiple videos and images of child pornography. Deputies then secured an arrest warrant for Mr. Flores for Possession of Child Pornography (a Third Degree Felony).
On July 10, 2017, Deputies arrested Mr. Flores at 315 Valleywood Drive, Spring, Texas. Mr. Flores was transported to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Jail where he was booked on Possession of Child Pornography and Invasive Visual Recording (State Jail Felony).
