THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Just in time for patio dining, The Woodlands’ Back Table Kitchen & Bar has resumed lunch service - now available Sunday through Monday from 11:30 am – 2 pm. Overlooking the waterfront, 18th green of the Panther Trail Course at The Woodlands Resort, the restaurant showcases a menu of refined Southern-inspired cuisine under the direction of acclaimed Louisiana transplant, Chef Jonathan Lestingi. Find a spot in the airy main dining room, inviting bar or expansive terrace and enjoy a lift in your day with delectable lunch bites like a Ham & Pimento Cheese Board, Avocado Toast with whipped Ricotta and sunny side-up egg, Gumbo with green chili sausage and smoke yard bird, Classic Single burger, Smoked Salmon with marble rye and Calabrian cream cheese or Lemon Poppyseed Chicken Salad served on a pretzel bun with pepper jelly. Heartier fare includes Vegetable & Polenta plus Voodoo Beer Batter Fish & Chips and Steak Frites – the latter two both served with duck fat fries – while lighter options range from Kale Caesar with citrus vinaigrette to Farmers Market Greens with chicken, shrimp or salmon add ons.
