Tachus to Serve as Principal Sponsor of MercyMe Concert
THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Tachus, one of the fastest-growing fiber-to-the-home Internet providers in the Lone Star State, is joining forces with Houston area radio station KSBJ-FM in their quest to support quality music in the Greater Houston area. The company announced that it has agreed to serve as principal sponsor when MercyMe brings its inhale (exhale) tour to The Woodlands on Saturday, May 7.
'We are so blessed to participate in community this way,” said Tachus Chief Information Officer Tyler Cowie. “We hope The Woodlands and the broader Houston area finds an enjoyable evening with family and friends. Tachus will also be there in a big way as we have a number of team members participating in the event – one of our largest sponsorships to date.'
Complimentary giveaways and other activities will be available at the Tachus booth when the doors open at 5:30 p.m. at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, 2005 Lake Robbins Drive. The concert begins at 7 p.m.
“We’re thankful for our friends at Tachus,” said Joe Paulo, president and CEO of Hope Media Group. “Their brand of positivity and service is a great match for KSBJ and this incredible concert. We’ll see thousands of people encouraged and inspired in one magical evening with Mercy Me, and Tachus has helped make that possible.”
MercyMe is one of the most beloved bands of all time, winning multiple American Music Awards and Dove Awards. In the 2010s, the band was a consistent Billboard Top Christian Artist with songs, like “I Can Only Imagine,” “Word of God Speak,” and “Even If.” The group’s new inhale (exhale) album includes songs like, “Say I Won’t” and “Almost Home.”
